CRS#1138 — Business Card

This is a card planXdesign cre­ated for their own pub­li­city, before chan­ging their name to planXdesign. I con­sidered the final look of the busi­ness card on paper first, I then pre-laid it in Pho­toshop, so it made it easy to design in InDes­ign. It is quite a com­plex design using an Illus­trator — Pho­toshop — InDes­ign combo, where each layer of the back­ground (Webd­ings man­dala, film strip, each field of the film strip’s con­tent, etc.) was cre­ated in Illus­trator first. Effects have then been applied in Pho­toshop to give each layer the 3D feel.

There are two clones of the design, an Eng­lish one in a blue col­our and the Span­ish one with a green back­ground and yel­low text. On the fol­low­ing pic­ture you can see the Span­ish ver­sion. The card has been prin­ted on both sides on glossy card 300 g/m².
