Angus Watt is an inter­na­tion­ally acclaimed fine artist who com­mis­sioned Planxdesign to improve his online pres­ence. We advised him on using social media, twit­ter, FB and Google for rais­ing his pro­file on searches. We designed and coded him a web­site which reflec­ted his own ori­ginal design and which is mod­ern and user friendly.

Angus Watt is a highly regarded inter­na­tional artist who cre­ates install­a­tions in the land­scape with large scale, bespoke flags. He com­mis­sioned us to make a web video to illus­trate his unique art form. The video appears in the slide deck on his new web­site, which we have also designed and developed. PlanXdesign set up and recor­ded an inter­view with him and used his voice as a voice over to describe his life work as an artist. Dur­ing the voice over, videos of his flags show the many and vari­ous world class events and fest­ivals, he has been suc­cess­fully embel­lish­ing over the years. Angus provided us with his video back cata­logue of his doc­u­mented install­a­tions, which we then logged and integ­rated along­side recent shots taken by us. The film was story boarded to tell a simple story of how Angus works, from home, to his stu­dio and out in the field, as it were. The music is provided by Angus’ friend, musical com­poser Andy White.
